• Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Google Cloud (infrastructure), Firebase (auth & database)
• Client Companies: Talent profile data is shared with companies that browse or hire talent through the platform
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including: encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication (Firebase Auth), role-based access control, audit logging, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure, but we strive to protect your data.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where required by law or legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).
