- What does it cost?
- Companies join, post and hire for free; an optional membership adds the AI workspace. For professionals, joining and applying are free; VcrewX keeps 10% of what you're paid, dropping to 5% after a year with the same client.
- Can the AI act without me?
- Only when the work is both low-risk and above the confidence threshold. Emails, escalations, and anything involving money always wait for a person.
- Do you hire people directly?
- Companies hire through the platform and manage those people in their own workspace. If you're a professional, build a profile and apply — you don't need to contact us first.
